7+ Variation of Delicious Sandwich which is Easy to Make

Variation of Delicious Sandwich Recipe

 

Paneer Bhurji Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

8 Bread Slices    

1 Cup Cottage Cheese / Paneer, Crumbled

4 Tablespoon Capsicum, Finely Chopped

1 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped

1 Onion, Finely Chopped

2 – 3 Green Chilies, Chopped

1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala     

1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder               

1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seed          

1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Chopped           

1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice         

Salt as Per Taste

Butter / Oil as Required

Green Chutney as per Required

Tomato Ketchup as per needed

Paneer Bhurji Sandwich

Direction:

Take a pan and heat oil over medium flame. Put cumin seeds and wait till it crackled.

Mix Chopped onion, chopped capsicum and green chilies. Sauté till its turns light brown in color.

Put ginger garlic paste and Fry it till the raw smell goes off.

Sauté chopped tomato, turmeric powder and garam masala until it turns mushy.

Then mix crumbled paneer, lemon juice and salt.  Cook for 2 – 3 minutes until paneer gets cooked well.  Put chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Cut edges of the bread. And Spread green chutney on one slice and place the above prepared filling. Then spread tomato ketchup on another slice. Cover it with this slice.

Put this prepared sandwich on a tawa. Cook with butter till it gets golden brown color on both sides.

Serve with tomato ketchup.

Veg. Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

6 Bread Slices

2 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped

1/4 Cup Carrot, Grated

1 Teaspoon Salt

3 Tablespoon Coriander Chutney

1 Pinch Chilli Flakes

3 Tablespoon Veg. Mayonnaise

1/3 Cup Capsicum, Finely Chopped

1/3 Cup Cabbage, Grated

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Pinch Oregano

2 Teaspoon Butter

Veg. Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe

Direction:

Add all the chopped Onion, capsicum, carrot and cabbage in a mixing bowl. Now Mix mayonnaise, salt and black pepper well.

Take breads slices and spread green chutney on a 1 bread slice.

Place thick layer of mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle some oregano and red chili flakes. Cover with another slice of breads.

Put this prepared sandwich on a tawa. Cook with butter till it gets golden brown color on both sides.

Veg. Mayonnaise Sandwich is ready to be served. Serve the sandwich with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

Corn Capsicum Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Sweet Corn, Boiled

1 Capsicum, Finely Chopped

1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper Powder

1/2 Tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes

2 Sprigs Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped

1/4 Cup Cheese, Grated

8 Bread Slices

Butter as Required

Salt, To Taste

Corn Capsicum Sandwich Recipe

Direction:

Mix corn, capsicum, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, fresh coriander and grated cheese.

Spread some butter on bread slices. Put the corn capsicum mixture.

Cover it with bread slice. Spread butter on top and bottom side of bread.

Place the sandwich in a tawa. Cook till it becomes crisp and golden in color.

Serve Corn and Capsicum Sandwich for breakfast or tea time snack.

Peas and Potatoes Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

6 Bread slices

1/2 cup Peas, Boiled

3 Potatoes, Boiled and Mashed

1 Onion, chopped

2 green Chilly, chopped

1/2 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds

1/2 Teaspoon Cumin seeds

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

3 Tablespoon Oil

1/2 Teaspoon Chat Masala

1/4 cup Butter

2 Tablespoon Coriander leaves

Peas and Potatoes Sandwich Recipe

Direction:

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and fennel seeds. And wait till it’s crackled.

Put Green chili and fry for few seconds. Mix chopped onion and cook till golden brown.

Then Add salt, turmeric powder, potatoes and peas. Mix properly.

Mix chat masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves well. Set aside.

Serve hot with ketchup, Green chutney.

Mumbai style Veg Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients:

3 Bread Slices

Sandwich Masala Powder As Needed

Green Chutney As Needed

Cucumber Slices As Needed

Tomato Slices As Needed

Onion Slices As Needed

Boiled Sliced Potatoes As Needed

Capsicum Sliced As Needed

Butter As Needed

Mumbai style veg grilled Sandwich

Direction:

Spread butter and green chutney on the 3 slices of breads.

Arrange Cucumber slices, boiled potatoes and Onion slice. Sprinkle sandwich Masala over one slice of bread.

Place the 2 slice on it. And Again Arrange capsicum and tomato slices. Sprinkle some sandwich masala powder on it.

Cover with third slice of breads. Spread butter on top of it.

 Place it in heated grill and spread butter on other side. Grill still golden.

Cut into wedges and serve with green chutney or tomato ketch up.

Curd Sandwich

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Hung Curd

1 Small Cucumber, Grated

2 Pinches Salt

6 Slices White Bread

1 Small Onion, Grated

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

2 Teaspoon Butter

Curd Sandwich

Direction:

Take hung curd in a bowl and add onion, cucumber and spices (except bread). Mix until well combined.

Take a one bread slice and Put a thick layer of hung curd mixture on it. Cover with another bread slice.

Place the sandwich in a tawa. Cook till it becomes crisp and golden in color.

Curd Sandwich is ready to be served.

Chocolate Sandwich

Ingredients:

8 Bread Slices

Butter As Needed

Cinnamon as Per Taste

Chopped Nuts As Per Needed

Chocolate Chip As Per Needed

Chocolate Sandwich

Direction:

Cut the edges of the bread. Spread little butter on a slice of bread.

Sprinkle cinnamon powder, chocolate chip and almonds-nuts on it. Cover with another slices.

Place on the hot tawa. And cook till the chocolate chips melted and bread turns brown in color.

Serve hot chocolate sandwich.

Notes:

If you eat cheese chocolate sandwich then you can use cheese slice in above direction.

Sprouts Sandwich

Ingredients:

4 Bread Slices

1/4 Cup Green Gram Sprouts, Heaped and Boiled

1 Small Sized Potatoes, Boiled

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Chat Masala Powder 

1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Onion, Cucumber and Tomato Slices As Needed

Butter / Ghee as Required

Salt as Per Taste

Sprouts Sandwich

Direction:

Mashed Boiled potato and Mix with boiled sprouts. Take a slice of bread and place the sprout mixture on it.  Then put Onion, Cucumber and Tomato Slices as per your needed.

Sprinkle pepper powder, chat masala powder, lemon juice and salt.

Cover with another slice of breads.

Place it on tawa or grilled machine. Cook or grill till the it turns little brown in color.

Serve hot with green chutney.
