Chili Potato

Ingredients:

5 Large Potatoes

5 Tablespoon Corn flour

2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 Teaspoon Lime Juice

½ Teaspoon Sugar

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

2 Capsicum, Diced

1 Large Onion, Diced

1 Tablespoon Garlic, Crushed

3-4 Green Chilies, Crushed

Chili Potatoes

Direction:

Boil the potatoes in a pan/cooker. Peel and cut them into wedges.

Cover the potato wedges with corn-flour and deep fry in oil at medium flame until golden brown.

Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame. Put garlic, onions and capsicum to the oil. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Mix soy sauce, salt, water and sugar. Stir properly.

In a bowl, Make corn-flour and water slurry. Add this mixture to the above-made gravy.

Mix Lime Juice, potatoes and green chili properly. Cook it for another 2 minutes.

Chili Potato is ready to eat. Serve hot to the kid with ketchup.

Baby Corn Manchurian

Ingredients:

15-20 Baby corn

5 Teaspoon Rice flour

15 Teaspoon Corn flour

2 Teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste

2 Teaspoon Chili-garlic sauce

1 Teaspoon Soya sauce

2 Tablespoon Cashew peanut powder

2 Teaspoon coriander leaves, chopped for garnishing

2 Medium onions, finely chopped

4 Green chilies, chopped

2 Garlic cloves, chopped finely

Tomato sauce, as required

Oil for deep frying

Salt to taste

Baby Corn Manchurian

Direction:

Boil baby corns in a little salty water.

Mix corn flour, rice flour, tomato sauce, ginger-garlic paste, a little salt and boiled baby corns in a pan.

Fry the baby corns in hot oil.

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions, green chilies and garlic until golden brown.

Put deep-fried baby corns, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli-garlic sauce and salt to it. Fry it for 10 minutes over medium flame.

Dress up Baby corn Manchurians with cashew-peanut powder and coriander leaves.

Pizzettes

Ingredients:

1½ Cups All Purpose Flour
½ Cup Warm Water
1 Teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Honey
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
¼ Cup Marinara Sauce
Salt And Pepper As Per Taste
¼ Cup Sliced Olives

Pizzettes
 

 

Direction:

Add dry active yeast to warm water and quickly beat it. Add honey and again beat it. Keep aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.

Take flour, Italian seasoning, red chili flakes and salt in a bowl. Mix well.

When yeast has risen, pour the yeast mixture into the centre in the herbed flour mix.

Knead it using your hands and make the dough.

Place the dough in a bowl. Cover the bowl with towel and keep aside in a warm area for three-four hours so that it almost doubles in size.

Sprinkle some flour on a flat surface where you can roll the dough. Roll out the dough using rolling pin to flatten it to a round shape.

Cut small circle using cookie cutter to cut-out the pizzettes.

Place these pizettes in your pre-timed oven, brush oil and let them cook till they turn crisp.

You can also fry over gas stove. Heat some oil to fry the pizettes.  Fry them till they are golden brown on both sides. They will puff up like little balloons. Take them out of the oil and place them on tissue paper towels to absorb the excess oil.

Put them on a platter. Top it with marinara sauce, parmesan sauce and a slice of olive on each. Ready to serve. You can also use cheese for kids.

Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoon sugar, granulated

1 ½ Cup semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

¾ Cup heavy cream, whipping

¼ Cup cream

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Mousse

Direction:

Place chocolate in oven for 1.5 minutes. Remove it and beat until chocolate has melted.

Put cream, sugar and vanilla extract and whisk it properly and Add Whipping cream to it and beat well again.

Combine above both prepared mixture properly until mixed and smooth.

Put mousse to set for 2 hours in refrigerator.

Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate, or any of your favorite toppers! Served it!!

Chocolate Crackles

Ingredients:

1 Cup dark chocolate

½ Cup grams puffed rice or cereal

½ Cup unsalted butter

5 Tablespoons golden syrup (cane syrup made from evaporated sugar cane juice)

Direction:

Boil water in a pan and place a bowl on it. Mix the butter and chocolate in the bowl and Melt it completely.

Remove the pan from heat and add in the puffed rice or cereal and the golden syrup. Combine it properly.

Pour spoonfuls of the mix into muffin liners and refrigerate for an hour.

Remove and keep aside to bring room temperature, before storing in an airtight container.
