Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 6-7 Balls
1 Cup Dried Coconut, Shredded
¼ Cup Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Sugar Syrup
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Coconut Oil, Melted
8 Tablespoon Chocolate Chip for Melting
1 Pinch Salt (Optional)
Take a Pan and Put coconut oil and Sauté dried shredded coconut for a 2 Minutes or till it started change color. Turn off the flame.
Add Prepared Sugar Syrup and vanilla extract. Mix properly and keep aside. While Cool down, Make equal small size balls from it.
Place the balls in the freezer.
Take the coconut oil and chocolate chip in a bowl and Put it above boiled water until smooth.
Take the balls out of the freezer and cover each one with chocolate mixture.
Place the balls in the freezer for at least 15-20 minutes until they are firm.
Served and enjoyed it.
