Sev Tameta nu Shak Recipe

Serves: 2-3 Person

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Tomatoes, Chopped

1 Teaspoon Ginger, Finely Chopped

1 Green Chili, Chopped

1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds

1 Pinch Asafetida

1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder

½ Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

1 Teaspoon Cumin-Coriander Powder

3/4 Cup Sev

1/2 Cup Water

2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Chopped

Salt as Per Taste

Direction:

Sev Tameta nu Shak Recipe

Take a pan and Heat oil. Add cumin seeds and wait for the crackle them.

Put Green chili, ginger and asafetida. Sauté for half seconds raw smell of ginger goes away.

Mix chopped tomatoes, turmeric and salt. Stir properly and cooked till the tomatoes soften.

 Then add all spices (red chili powder, cumin- coriander powder, garam masala powder) and water. Stir well.

Cook for 5 Minutes to a simmer.

Tomato sabji is ready to serve. Pour it in a Serving bowl.

Sprinkle sev and coriander leaves. And enjoy with phulka, roti, paratha OR Bajri Rotis.
