1.5 Cups All Purpose Flour/Maida |
1.5 Tablespoon Pasta Sauce/ Pizza Sauce |
1 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast |
½ Onion, Chopped |
¼ Cup Milk |
½ Tomato,Chopped, De-Seeded |
¼ Cup Water |
½ Capsicum, Chopped |
½ Tablespoon Sugar |
2 Baby Corn, Slit Length Wise |
¾ Teaspoon Salt |
6 Paneer Cubes |
1/8 Cup Olive Oil |
½ Teaspoon Tandoori Masala Powder |

½ Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder |
Mozzarella Cheese As Needed |
Procedure:
Take a mixture bowl and add olive oil, sugar, salt in boiled water. Stir well to dissolve sugar and salt. Then mix milk and yeast well till dissolve the yeast.
Add the flour and mix well to get smooth dough. No need to knead so much.
Cover with a wet cloth till an hour and keep aside. After an hour it will be doubled in size.
Again knead it to make smooth dough, Then using rolling pin, Rolled out.
Spread the sauce and Put some cheese. Add topping like baby corn, Onion, Tomatoes, paneer etc. and then put granted cheese to cover the toppings.
Sprinkle garam masala powder and paneer tikka masala powder.
Grease a pizza pan and put Prepared pizza in a preheated oven for 13-14 minutes.
When cheese is melted, Pizza is ready to be served.
Cut the pizzas with pizza cutter/knife and Enjoy hot, spicy and yummy pizza
