1 ½ Teaspoon Oil/ Butter + For Frying
1 Large Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Teaspoon Garlic-Ginger Paste
1 Capsicum, Finely Chopped
3 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
1 Cup Each Of These Vegetables, Finely Diced And Boiled: Green Beans, Carrots, Cauliflower, Cabage
1 Cup Boiled and Peeled Potatoes
1/2 Cup Boiled Green Peas
3 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Coriander Leaves
2 Buns (Called Pavs)
Take a Pan and Heat oil on a medium flame. Add chopped onion and capsicum in it and sauté till golden brown. Mix garlic-ginger paste in it properly.
Then add tomatoes in it and sauté it till Tomatoes turn soft and mushy. Add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice. Mix properly for a minute.
Mashed all boiled vegetables and potatoes and mix in it. Again mash it properly. Add enough little water, boiled green peas and coriander leaves. Then Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Heat oil/butter in skillet and fry the slit bun for 2 minutes.
Tasty Pav Bhaji is ready to be served.
