1 Cup Sabudana (Sago)
1/2 Cup Peanuts, Shelled, Roasted, Coarsely Pounded
2 Tablespoon Ghee/ Cooking Oil
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
Pinch of Asafetida
7-8 Curry Leaves
White Rock Salt as Per Taste
2 Medium Potatoes, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
1 Teaspoon Green Chilies, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoon Sugar
Wash Sabudana with water 2-3 times. Then soak it in 1 cup water for 4-5 hours.
Take griddle and Roast peanuts, peel off the skin and crush coarsely.
Heat ghee/cooking oil in a pan. Put curry leaves, cumin seeds, asafetida and chopped green chilies. And wait few minute till cumin seeds crackled.
One it’s done, Put Potatoes and little salt in it. Cook till the potatoes are soft.
Mix Sabudana, ground peanuts, lime juice, sugar, little water and salt in it. Stir it very calmly and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Turn off the flame and mix coriander leaves in it.
Serve hot with Thick curd.
