Vegetable Burger Recipe with Homemade Aloo Tikki

Preparation Time: 60 Minutes

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Serves : 4 Nos.







For The Patty:

4 Medium Potatoes, Boiled

1/4 Cup Green Peas, Boiled

Salt to Taste

1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon Corn Flour

1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

2 Green Chillies, Finely Chopped

1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs

3 To 4 Tablespoon Oil for Shallow Frying

For The Burger:

3 Burger Buns

3 Cheeses Slices

Mayonnaise as Per Taste

2 Onions, Sliced Round

2 Tomatoes, Sliced Round

Iceberg lettuce leaves


Directions for Aloo Tikki Burger Recipe:

Vegetable cheese Burger Recipe with Homemade Aloo Tikki

Take a one mixing bowl and Mix mashed potatoes, boiled peas, red chili powder, corn flour, finely chopped green chilies, salt and lime juice in it properly.

Divide equal portion and make a round shape like disc.

Put flatten pan on medium flame for shallow frying and add little oil. Cover the potato tikkis with little bread crumbs and fry until it turns golden brown on both sides.

For Assemble the Burger:

Take a bun and Cut it into 2 halves. Spread Ketchup and little mayonnaise on the buns.

Put lettuce leaves, onion slices, potato patty, cheese slice, again tomato slice, onion slice and some more lettuce leaves in given order and cover with the top burger bun.

Serve Vegetable Aloo Tikki Burger with cold drinks.
