3 Medium Size Green Raw Mangoes
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Roasted Cumin Powder
Black Salt To Taste
Salt To Taste
2 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Mint Leaves
How to Make Aam Panna:
Place the mangoes with water in a pressure cooker. Boil it till 3 whistle of medium Flame. Turn off the Gas and set aside to cool them.
Then peel and get the pulp of mangoes with the help of a spoon. Grind mango pulp with water to make a smooth paste using grinder.
Place the mixture and sugar in a pan over a medium flame. Stir it continuously and boil till the sugar dissolves properly. Turn off the flame.
Mix roasted cumin powder, black salt and salt well. Set aside to cool down properly.
To Make the Drink:
Pour 3 tablespoon mango mixture in a glass and add chilled water till 3/4 th. Garnish with finely chopped mint and crushed ice and Served immediately.
