Serves: 2-3 person
1 cup Processed Cheese grated
2 large Potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon Cooking Oil + for deep frying
1 Onion, finely chopped
4-5 Green chilies, finely chopped
1 cup Bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Take a non stick pan and Heat oil in it. Put onion and green chilies. Sauté till golden brown.
Then Mix potatoes, bread crumbs, black pepper powder and salt. Above prepared chilli mixture in a bowl.
Take small portion of mixture and roll into balls. Stuff with cheese in each ball and roll again.
Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the balls till golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup OR mayonnaise.
