Serves: 2 Person
5 Urid Dal Papad
1/2 cup Curd, well beaten
1/4 tablespoon Mustard Seeds
3 tablespoon Oil
1 Medium Onion, Sliced
1/4 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tablespoon Coriander Powder
1/4 tablespoon Garam Masala
1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
Salt to Taste
Take a pan and Heat oil in it and put mustard seeds. Allow them to crackle.
Add sliced onions and fry till they are soft.
Then mix all spices (turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt). Cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside till cool it completely.
Put well beaten curd on a low flame and mix it properly.
Then add enough water and keep stirring continuously.
When you see that gravy is boiling then mix roughly chopped papad in it.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Your favorite sabji is ready to serve. It is served hot with paratha,Roti OR phulka.
