Serves: 16 Pieces
1 Cup Khoya
¾ Cup Sugar, Powdered + 1 tablespoon for Garnishing
½ Cup Desi Ghee
1 Tablespoon Milk
2 Teaspoon Green Cardamom Powder
Heat ghee in a pan and put Khoya to fry. Stir it constantly.
Fry Khoya till it turns light brown in color.
Mix sugar powder and cardamom powder in a bowl. Add this mixture in fry Khoya.
Add milk in it and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
Keep aside to cool. Then knead it smoothly.
Take small portion and make small sized ball and roll them into powdered sugar.
