Dry Veg. Manchurian Recipe

Serves: 4 Person





For Making Manchurian:

For Making Gravy:

1 Cup Cauliflower, Grated

1 Onion, Finely Sliced

1 Cup Cabbage. Grated

1 Capsicum (Green Bell Pepper), Sliced

2 Medium Size Capsicums, Grated or Chopped

1 Teaspoon Garlic, Chopped

1 Cup Carrot, Grated

1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

2 Tablespoon Corn flour

1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce

4-5 Cloves Garlic Paste

1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Sauce

1 Inch Ginger Paste

1 Teaspoon Vinegar

4 Green Chilies Paste

1 Teaspoon Oil

A Pinch of White Pepper Powder

Salt to Taste

Salt to Taste


Oil to Deep Fry


Dry Veg. Manchurian Recipe


Heat enough oil in a pan for frying.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make Manchurian ball.

Mix well and Make a small balls using little amount of oil in your hands.

Deep fry it until turns into golden brown. Place on absorbent paper.

Take a pan and heat oil to make gravy and Put garlic and sauté it for a few seconds.

Add Onion and capsicum in it and sauté it for 2-3 minutes.

Now time to seasonings... Add Soya sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar and salt. Stir it properly.

Mix fried manchurian and cornstarch. Stir calmly.

Serve hot.
