Serves: 10-12 Pieces
1 Cup Potatoes, Boiled and Mashed
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Cup Green Peas, Boiled
1-3 Green chilies
1/4 Cup Spinach Leaves (Palak), Boiled
1 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger garlic Paste
3 Tablespoons Gram Flour (Besan)
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Mango Powder
2-3 Teaspoon Oil for Shallow Frying
Firstly, Cook gram flour till its raw smell is gone. Transfer to the plate and keep aside to cool.
Take a oil to the pan and put ginger-garlic paste for a minutes.
Then Add green peas, Chilies and all spices (dry mango powder, Garam Masala Powder and salt) and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside to cool.
Grind spinach, green pea masala and coriander leaves using grinder till smooth.
Mix green mixture, mashes potatoes and gram flour properly. Make stiff dough of this mixture. If dough will turn soft then add breads crumbs.
Put flat pan in a flame and grease with oil. Take small portions and give shape of Tikki. Shallow fry on the both sides. And hara bhara kabab is redy to Serve.
Serve with Mint-coriander chutney OR Tomato Ketchup.
