Serves: 2 People
1 Large Raw Mango, Cut Into Small Pieces
½ Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
½ Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
Pinch of Asafetida
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 ½ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
½ Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1 Tablespoon Jaggery
Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped Finely
8-10 Curry Leaves
Salt to Taste
Take a pan and Heat oil. Put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and asafetida in it. Wait for the crackle.
When it starts to crackle, Put cut mango pieces. Add all spices and mix properly.
Add 1 cup of water and stir well.
Cover the lid and Cook it over low heat till mangoes are tender and get thick gravy.
Turn off the Flame and Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
