1 Cup Cashews
1/2 Cup Paneer (Crumbled)
2 Onions (Medium), Chopped
1 Tablespoon Melon Seeds (Magajtari)
1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds (Khus-Khus)
1/2 Cup Lukewarm Milk
2-3 Teaspoon Sugar
A Pinch of Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1 Tablespoon Ghee
5-6 Fried Cashews
2 Teaspoon Fresh Cream
Take a hot water in a bowl and soak ¾ cup cashews and melon seeds for 10 minutes.
Drain excess water and make a smooth paste of chopped Onion, poppy seeds, cashew and melon seeds.
Heat ghee in a deep pan and sauté the roughly chopped cashews till becomes crispy. In the same pan, put the remaining ghee and heat on medium-high flame.
Mix Cashew nuts paste in it. Stir it properly.
Mix milk, sugar and all seasonings when it starts releasing ghee from the sides.
Switch off the Flame and add the crumbled paneer fried cashews and fresh cream to it. Combine properly.
Serve with Butter Kulcha, Roti or Paratha.
