Serves: 30 Pieces
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida) + 2 Tablespoon
3 Tablespoon Gram Flour (Besan)
1/4 Cup Semolina + 1 Tablespoon More
2 Tablespoon Milk Powder
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Clarified Butter at Room Temperature
½ Teaspoon Cooking Soda
2 Tablespoon Yogurt
A Pinch of Salt
½ Teaspoon Green Cardamom Powder
Sieve the all purpose flour, gram flour, semolina, milk powder, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and baking soda.
Beat sugar and ghee properly with a hand blender until soft and fluffy.
Mix yogurt properly and beat again.
Add sieve mixture into three parts in it. Mix the proper dough well.
Keep aside for 10 min to rest with damp cloth.
In between preheat the oven for 10 mins at 200ºC. Take small portion of dough and make Small sized balls. Put over a greased tray.
Just press gently and make cross pattern using knife.
Put little cardamom powder over cookies.
Bake at 160ºC for 20 minutes till they turn light brown. Keep aside to cool then fill into air-tighted container.
Serve them with hot tea OR coffee.
