Recall Your Childhood with Yummy Maggi Recipes

Maggi!!! Whenever people listen this word, they were going to be crazy. When you are tired and not in mood to make something, just take a packet of maggi and try something easy, innovative and delicious variation of it. Checkout theses mouth-watering and lip-smacking maggi recipe that you can try at home.

Mix Veg Maggi

Ingredients

1 Packet Maggi Noodles

1 Carrot, Chopped

4 French Beans, Chopped

½ Cup Green Peas

1 Capsicum, Chopped

Salt as Per Taste

1 Teaspoon Pepper

1 Tablespoon Oil

Mix Veg. Maggi

Directions:

  • Boil the Maggi as per instructions on the packet. But do not add tastemaker. Once boiled, Put aside.
  • Place Pan over medium flame and Put the oil. Add the carrot, beans green peas and capsicum to it. Stir fry on low flame till become soft. Put little water if needs. Otherwise its burns.
  • Add Maggi tastemaker, salt and pepper in the vegetables. Stir it well and allow cooking properly.
  • Finally, add the boiled Maggi and Stir it properly with the veggies.
  • Mix Veg Maggi is ready to Served.

Maggi Cutlets

Ingredients

½ Packet Maggi Noodles

½ Cup Boiled Vegetables (Carrots, Beans, Cauliflower Etc.), Finely Chopped

¼ Cup Potatoes, Boiled, Peeled and Mashed

½ Teaspoon Green Chilies, Finely Chopped

¼ Cup Coriander, Finely Chopped

1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds

½ Cup Onions, Chopped

1 Teaspoon Garam Masala/Chat Masala

1 Teaspoon Aamchur Powder (Optional)

Salt as Per Taste

Oil for Shallow Frying

Maggi Cutlets

Directions:

  • Boil the Maggi as per instructions on the packet. But do not add tastemaker. Once boiled, Put aside.
  • In a Bowl, Mix up all the ingredients including boiled maggi using your hands.
  • Take a small portion of the mixture. Flatten it and give shape of tikkies.
  • For shallow frying, Heat a oil in a pan and place these tikkies in it. Cover with lid and shallow frying on medium flame till both the sides of the tikkies to turn golden brown
  • Cutlets become crispy, switch off the flame. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and Chutney.

Maggi Bhel

Ingredients

1 Packet Maggi Noodles

½  Cup Murmura /Puffed Rice

2 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

2 Tablespoon Water

1 Tomato, Finely Chopped

1 Onion, Finely Chopped

A Handful Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped

Nylon Sev For Garnishing

1 Tablespoon Fried Peanuts Boiled Potato – 1 (Diced)

1 Green Chilli, Finely Sliced

2 Raw Mangos, Slices

¼ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

A Pinch of Sugar

Salt as Per Taste

½ Lemon Juice

Maggi Bhel

Directions:

  • Take a pan and Roast the Maggi till they turn golden brown. Keep aside to cool.
  • After cooling crush them with your hands.
  • Mix tomato ketchup, Maggi tastemaker and water in a bowl and keep it aside.
  • Take a big bowl and Mix all the ingredients properly.
  • Put the murmura, roasted noodles, nylon sev and coriander leaves. Mix well and serve.

Maggi Cheese Roll

Ingredients

For The Filling

1 Packet Maggi Noodles

1 Cheese Slice

1/4 Cup Grated Carrot

1/4 Cup Spring Onions (Whites and Greens), Finely Chopped

13-4green Chilies, Finely Chopped

Salt to Taste

Other Ingredients

13 Readymade Samosa Patties

4 Teaspoon Plain Flour (Maida)

Oil for Deep-Frying

Maggi Cheese Roll

Directions:

  • Boil the Maggi as per instructions on the packet. Mix a salt and the magi tastemaker.
  • Put the cheese slice and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl and set aside to cool completely.
  • After cooling, add the carrot, spring onions, green chilies and a little sat and mix well. Keep it aside.
  • Mix the plain flour along with water to make slurry in a small bowl. Keep it aside.
  • Cut each samosa Patti into 3 to get 75 mm. X 62 mm. (3″ x 2½”) rectangular pieces. You will get 39 pieces in all.
  • Place a piece of the samosa Patti on a flat dry surface and place a portion of the filling at one end.
  • Roll the samosa Patti and give roll shape.  Seal all the edges using the plain flour-water mixture.
  • Heat the oil in a pan for frying and deep-fry the rolls till they turn golden brown in color from all the sides.
  • Serve immediately with chilli sauce.

Baked Maggi

Ingredients

1 packet Maggi

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese

Half a cup grated cheddar cheese

Half a cup boiled corn

Water

Salt to taste

Baked Maggi with corn and cheese

Directions:

  • Boil the Maggi as per instructions on the packet. Mix a pinch of salt, boiled corn and the maggi tastemaker well.
  • Half-cook the maggi and Turn off the flame.
  • Grease a baking tray with butter, Place the maggi to the baking tray and add the mozzarella and cheddar cheese to cover it completely.
  • Put the baking tray in a preheated oven for 5 minutes on 150 degrees. Serve hot.

Chily Maggi

Ingredients

1 Packet Maggi Noodles

1 Onion, Sliced

1 Capsicum, Chopped

1 Tomato, Chopped

3-4 Garlic Cloves, Chopped

5-6 Green Chilies Slit

1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

2 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce

1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce

1 Teaspoon Corn flour

Salt as Per Taste

1 Teaspoon Pepper

1 Tablespoon Oil

Chili Maggi

Directions:

  • Boil the Maggi as per instructions on the packet. But do not add tastemaker. Once boiled, Put aside.
  • Take a pan and Heat oil. Add the chopped garlic, onion and capsicum. Sauté it till turns translucent.
  • Then Put the chilies and tomato. Stir it till becomes mushy.
  • Mix  soya sauce, chili sauce, magi tastemaker and tomato ketch up properly.
  • Mix the corn flour with water and pour it in the pan. Stir it.
  • Put the boiled Maggi and mix well. Serve hot.
