3 Tablespoon Custard powder, Vanilla Flavor
2 Cups Milk
5 Tablespoon Sugar
½ Cup Mixed Fruits (banana, mango, pomegranate pearls, plums, strawberries, apple, pineapple and cherries)
2 Tablespoon Honey
Method for Preparing Custard:
Chop all fruits (Banana, Apple, Mango, pineapple and Stawberries) finely. Pit and remove the seeds from pomegranate.
Drizzle honey all over and toss well. Keep it in refrigerate till it is time to serve.
Take little milk in a bowl separately and add Custard Powder in it. Mix well till there are no lumps. keep aside.
Heat the remaining milk in a sauce pan. When it begins to boil, add sugar and stir properly and let it cook over medium flame.
Add above custard mixture to the boiling milk and stir it well. Keep cooking over flame as the custard thickens.
Keep stirring continuously for 3-4 minutes. Take care not to let the bottom burn.
Remove from gas and let the custard become Cool in refrigerate.
Refrigerate both for at least an hour.
To serve fruit custard:
In serving bowls, place small scoops of chilled fruits till it is half full.
Pour the custard all over the fruits till the bowl is almost full and let it settle.
Serve with some chilled pomegranate pearls sprinkled and a cherry on top.
