How to Make Paneer Kadai Recipe?

Serves – 3


Ingredients For Paneer Kadai:

2 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds

3 To 4  Kashmiri Red Chilies

6 Cashew Nuts

2 Large Onion  Cubed

2 Large Tomatoes Chopped

1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 To 3/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi

 Few Coriander Leaves Chopped Finely

250 Grams Paneer

1 Medium Onion Caned Large, Layers Separated

1/2 Cup Capsicum Cubed

Direction For Paneer Kadai Gravy :

  • Take mixture jar and powder finely red chili and coriander seeds in it.
  • Put oil in a pan over the heat. And Sauté onion and cashew nuts until onions turn brown.

  • Add Tomatoes and sauté until mushy.
  • Keep aside until cool down. After that blend to a smooth paste and keep aside.

  • In the same pan, Put little oil and Sauté Onions and capsicum on a high flame until half done and crunchy. Put paneer and stir for 1 to 2 min. keep aside.
  • Add little oil in pan and sauté ginger garlic paste.
  • Add ground coriander chili powder and sauté for a min

  • put the onion tomato paste and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add garam masala and chilli powder. Sauté for 2 min.

  • Put kasuri methi, sautéed paneer,capsicum,and onion. Stir well and turn off the gas.
  • Add coriander leaves and cover for 2 min. Transfer it serving bowl and serve with paratha, roti or jeera rice.
