Serves – 2-3 Person(12 to 15 laddoos/pieces)

Ingredients For Magaz Recipe: :

1 Cup Ghee

4 Cups Besan

2 Cups Powdered Sugar

1/4 Cups Powdered Almonds

1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder

1 Tablespoon Almonds and Pistachios Slivers


Direction For Magaj/Besan Ladoos:

  • Take a pan and Add ghee on medium gas. Put besan in it and stir well. Cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while mix continuously.
  • Turn off the gas and keep stirring for minute. Transfer the mixture into a plate and keep aside till the mixture cools down completely.

  • Add the sugar, powdered almonds, cardamom powder and stir it well till it gets a crumbly texture.

  • Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round ball.

  • Repeat above step to shape more magaz till mixture is finished.
  • Garnish with almonds slivers and store in air-tight container.
