Serves: 9 Piece of Kababs
3 Medium Potatoes, Steamed
1/2 Cup Green Peas, Steamed
4 Tablespoon Soy granules, Soaked in 1/2 cup water for 30 mins
2 Green chili, Crushed
1 Teaspoon Coriander, chopped
3 Mint leaves
25 Gram Paneer, granted
1 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Dry Mango Powder
4 Tablespoon Roasted besan
1 Teaspoon Garam masala
Salt To Taste
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
Mash veggies and combine with soya granules and ginger garlic paste.
Mix green chilies, coriander,mint leaves,paneer,crushed pepper,dry mango powder, besan,garam masala and salt properly.
Divide the dough into equal portion. Roll them 4 inches long.
Heat and Grease your grill pan. Place seekh kabab and grill them untill they are cooked from all sides.
When kabab turn golden, increase the gas to miximum and grill for few minutes.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
